Fitness Classes

What is Rockbox? Rockbox is the fitness class with a difference! The concept is the ultimate combination of training using boxing and drumming to sculpt your body. A stress busting, therapy session for the body and mind. Punch, kick, and smash sticks to classic, indie and modern rock tunes! (Air guitars included!)
What is Bodysculpt? Bodysculpt, also known as weight and resistance training, is a form of exercise that uses weights or resistance bands and your own body weight to load your muscles. The Bodysculpting class involves performing a series of repetitive exercises using your body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells.
Whether you’re a seasoned workout junkie or just starting your fitness journey, I will guide you through high-energy workouts (providing lower level modifications) that challenge your limits and keep you motivated.
