Welcome to Listening Waters—a signature floating sound bath experience created by The Seed of Change.
Inspired by a transformative experience in Thailand and brought to life in the tranquil surroundings of North Norfolk Swimming Pool & Spa, Listening Waters invites you to step into a sanctuary where water holds your body and sound holds your soul.
Floating weightlessly on a comfortable airbed, you will be immersed in the soothing resonance of Himalayan singing bowls and the deep, grounding tones of the Chau Gong. As gentle sound vibrations travel across the water, your nervous system is invited to slow down, your mind begins to quieten, and your body can soften into deep rest.
This is more than relaxation—it is an opportunity to pause, reconnect and simply receive.
Blankets and eye masks are provided for added comfort
An intimate experience with just 8 participants
Approximately 45 minutes of guided sound immersion
Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, emotional release or simply time to rest, Listening Waters offers a space where you can leave the noise of the outside world behind and return to yourself.

Limited to 8 spaces per session.
Please arrive no more than 15 mins before your float time as parking is limited to the session before you. Car share where possible.
Wear comfortable lightweight clothing that you can relax in. You’ll be floating on a comfortable airbed so there is no need for swimwear or to get in the water. That being said if you feel more comfortable getting on and off the airbed from the pool steps then swimwear is advisable.

Gratitude Garden Gong Sound Baths
Are 1-1 or Couple Gong Sound Bath Sessions good for me?
I hold one to one gong sound baths at home as this provides the individual with a more personal experience of sound therapy.
So the difference with one to one rather than a group - is you’re laying on a comfy lounger rather than on a mat on the floor with lots of other people 🤣 and the experience is more personal.
I first take you on a guided meditation focusing on your breathing whilst drawing attention to relaxing your whole body as you settle.
I then take you on your sound journey which is a variety of sounds to start to settle you in and then the majority is the gong. The gong plays different vibrations and I am just a facilitator, the sound vibrations from the Gong does the magic through the frequencies created !
I can’t say much more than that ! It just has to be experienced.
At the end I bring you gently back to focus on your breathing relaxed and rested ❤️
