NORWICH FITNESS FESTIVAL

Saturday 6th June 2026 - 9.30am to 15.30pm at Sprowston High School.

I am currently waiting to hear if I have been selected as an Instructor for Rockbox or if I will be sharing rest and relaxation as a Practioner with my Gong Soundbath. This is a great event to showcase all things fitness. From local gyms, fitness instructors to supplements, wellness venues, clothing and more.

Even if I’m not chosen this is one fitness event you won’t want to miss 😊
