In May this year , I spent a weekend on Retreat at the Norfolk Farmhouse i arrived scattered - but by Sunday midday I felt Calm. Peaceful. Held. But also connected to my intuition.
I knew I had to make this space my own and create a retreat for other women to experience what I felt.
This retreat is for the woman who:
🌙 Knows there is more to life than simply getting through each day.
🌙 Feels called to reconnect with herself.
🌙 Is ready to let go of what no longer serves her.
🌙 Wants space to breathe, reflect and simply be.
🌙 Longs to remember who she is beneath the roles she carries.
Over this magical Halloween weekend, we'll gather in the Norfolk countryside for rest, reflection, sound healing, ritual, connection and deep nourishment.
No fixing.
No performing.
No expectations.
Just space to come home to yourself.

A Candlelit Ceremony of Light, Sound & Remembrance
Step into St Andrew’s Hall this December for an atmospheric candlelit journey of reflection, renewal and sacred sound. This is part two of my annual Grand Gong Gathering.
Together, we will honour the year behind us, reconnect with the light within us, and gently step towards what comes next.
This experience includes:

Venue: St Andrew’s Hall, Norwich
Arrival: 2:30pm
Doors Close: 2:50pm
Event: 3:00pm–4:00pm
Optional Reflection: 4:00pm–4:30pm
£20 per person - bring your own mat/blankets/water bottle eyemask
£30 per person - 15 spaces available with mat/ faux fur padding/ head pillow /eye mask (as detailed above) bring your own water bottle

I am excited to be teaming up Freedom Yoga Retreats where I will host week 3 of their Thailand retreats.
If you’ve met me then you know I love Thailand. For the last 3 years since qualifying as a yoga teacher I have been working towards this dream ….. holding my own retreat in Thailand and with the guidance of my Yoga teacher, Jax Heffer - Cooke my dream has come to life.
