Full Moon & Seasonal Events

Monthly Yoga /Somatic Movement & Gong Sound Bath Events.

Held one Friday a month in rhythm with the Full Moon or individual events that align.

The Full Moon invites us to slow down, release, and return to our inner truth. These monthly gatherings are a chance to honour that sacred rhythm — a space to pause, reset, and realign.

Each session is intuitively themed to reflect the unique energy of that month’s Full Moon, weaving together yoga or somatic movement, and the healing vibrations of gong sound to support emotional release, energetic balance, and deep rest.

In most events we begin with a themed movement practice — from grounding sequences to heart-opening shapes or flowing release work — designed to help you connect with the energy of the lunar cycle. Props and gentle guidance invite your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your awareness to return home to the present moment.

You will then be guided into a Gong Sound Bath, where layers of frequency and resonance soothe the nervous system and gently carry you into meditative states of healing and restoration. As sound waves move through you, they invite the release of stagnant energy and awaken a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and connection.

Each Full Moon event offers the space to:

✨ Let go of what no longer serves you

✨ Move and breathe in alignment with the moon’s wisdom

✨ Rest deeply and receive sacred sound

✨ Reconnect with your body, your spirit, and the rhythms of nature.

GRAND GONG GATHERINGS

ANNUAL EVENT

ST ANDREWS HALL

SUNDAY 28TH JUNE 2026 AND SUNDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2026

‘Echoes of the Ancients’ is a Grand Gong Gathering held within the ancient stone walls of St Andrew’s Hall, a space that has carried centuries of prayer, music, and human gathering. This is a ceremonial sound immersion devoted to illumination, release, and deep nervous system restoration, where the powerful vibrations of a collection of gongs move through the body like waves of moonlight, gently dissolving what is heavy and awakening what is ready to rise. You are invited to lie back, soften, and receive, allowing sound to guide you into stillness, remembrance, and quiet transformation. Unlike my other events this is not a yoga-based experience, but a deeply held sonic sanctuary where nothing is required of you except presence. You will be supported, protected, and held within a collective field of sound, ancient space, and lunar energy.
